Under the brand GO!RETAIL, Guedol has developed the concept of a retail park which is close to or within town or city areas. One of the objectives of this revolutionary concept is for customers to have access to a market close by – 5 to 10 minutes away from the centre of the town. It also has a large car park with easy access to it as well as to the shops.
The retail areas will have between 350 m² and 4,000 m² and will be occupied by a supermarket with a gallery of small sized shops where one can find the dry cleaner, café, bank, tobacconist and shoe repairer, etc – middle sized shops among others.
